Position Overview:
- The Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of clinical and commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products.
- The primary duty of the Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics is to maintain the day-to-day operations of patients' treatment journey related to their materials, related to transportation, manufacturing, and distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Assist as a point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and other internal partners.
- Ensure business continuity between internal and external partners.
- Monitor the Patient's treatment journey from collection to infusion while potentially troubleshooting issues.
- Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system.
- Comply with and maintain training and good documentation practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
- Work experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics.
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communications.
- Ability to identify process improvements.
- Highly self-motivated, self-aware, courteous, and professional.
- Able to work independently and in groups.
- Adaptable to the ever-changing business needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Skilled at managing high stress situations and able to de-escalate.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- A baseline understanding of a Cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
Pay Rate: $34.69-$36.79/Hour
