Progress on your journey to success! ECLARO is currently recruiting for an ITSM Asset Management Engineer in the New York, NY area for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- IT Asset management to support the following:
- IDF / MDF scanning, tagging, and logging in device serial numbers and MAC addresses.
- Record MAC address and device names of all HW endpoints (tag and logging data).
- POS and RFID tagging, logging, and mapping into SNOW.
Skills:
- Experience with Logic Monitor-importing and exporting assets.
- Proficient in Cisco and Aruba Networking-Core route and switch (Cisco) and Wireless (Aruba).
- Ability to provide Asset Management training and onboard for admin staff and ServiceNow ticketing agents.
- SNOW experience with ITSM Module for ingestion of IT assets.
- Knowledge transfer of business processes.
- Experience with Logic Monitor is a big plus.
