Responsibilities:
- Adds & moves changes.
- Focus on the interaction between computer systems, communication methods, and devices.
- Design video, data, and voice communication systems.
- May oversee the installation and maintenance of these systems, including their repair and testing.
- Managed and maintained a large-scale enterprise voice network with over 6,000 endpoints across 200+ locations.
- Provided technical oversight for critical communication systems, including the city's 911 call center.
- Collaborated with vendors and IT teams to implement system upgrades and new communication technologies.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
- All Cisco Voice On-prem move to and / or cloud.
- Cisco Voice Admin.
- HS Diploma or GED, plus two (2) years of related experience.
- Certs / Degree: CCNA Collaboration
- Cisco Call Manager Certification or CUCM Training
