Responsibilities:
- Answer phones.
- Greet guests and connect them with their host.
- Assist with management of conference center room calendars.
- Register guests on buildings secure platform.
- Troubleshoot minor printer issues and schedule repair.
- Assist with set up and breakdown of conference rooms.
Skills:
- Must be a team player.
- Must possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Must be reliable and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative work.
