Position Overview:
- Banking / Treasury / Funds Management
Responsibilities:
- Plan, Manage and Execute delivery as a Leader in client-facing engagements.
- Resolve high-priority tickets related to failed bank communications, payment file errors, and budget overruns.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring discrepancies in cash positioning or liquidity forecasts.
- Oversee SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity and global bank integrations to ensure seamless electronic bank statement (EBS) processing.
- Maintain cash concentration, netting, and daily liquidity planning tools to ensure accurate real-time cash visibility.
- Design and implement functional improvements, such as adding new payment formats or refining budget control rules in FM.
- Configure Availability Control (AVC) to provide real-time checks against approved funding for public housing initiatives.
- Support the lifecycle of financial instruments including foreign exchange (FX), debt, and investment portfolios.
- Manage the distribution of funds and monitor spending patterns to prevent unauthorized budget consumption.
- Support period-end and year-end closing activities specific to fund carryforwards and budget reporting.
- Collaborate on a cross-functional basis to develop and deliver technology solutions.
- Help transition solutions delivered to the Support / Services organization with attention to quality.
- Mentor and guide colleagues and partners.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of SAP experience with SAP ECC and S / 4HANA implementations, in a specialized delivery role, such as Functional Lead, Program Manager, Solution Architect, etc.
- SAP specialists typically need 5 years of experience specifically in SAP Treasury and Risk Management and SAP loans Management.
- Knowledge of SAP CML to manage the full life cycle of housing loans, including issuance, overdue interest calculations, and complex repayment schedules.
- Proficiency in configuring both Linear and exponential interest calculation methods and transition to Risk free Rates.
- Experience with the Market Risk Analyzer for advanced valuation of financial instruments and scenario analysis portfolios.
- Lead experience in implementation of SAP Treasury solutions, moving from strategy through to execution.
- Expertise in integrating TRM / CML with Funds Management (FM) to ensure housing project funding aligns with real-time budget availability.
- Knowledge of Government Auditing Standards and reporting requirements for federal or state housing agencies.
- Significant experience as a Functional Lead for either SD, OTC or MM. Experience across multiple domains is a plus.
- Experience with Analytics and Reporting through one or more of: S / 4HANA, BW, BO / DS, Analytics Cloud or Data Warehouse Cloud.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a larger consulting organization.
- Experience with third party tax-calculation tools.
- Experience with the SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Exposure to various infrastructure platforms, Service-Oriented Architecture and Cloud Integration desired.
- Basic experience with SAP ABAP.
