Job Description:
 
ECLARO is looking for Accountant who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting while providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. The day-to-day tasks will involve managing complex accounting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and directly impacting the success of our business.
 
Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • With technical competencies in corporate reporting, financial accounting and analysis, and consolidation.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar software
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
  • Solid understanding of financial statistics, accounting principles, and audit practices
  • Must be highly analytical, hardworking, organized and keen on details.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively as well as independently
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and exhibit sound judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and responsibility
  • High level of customer focus, self-directed and can work with minimal supervision
  • Superior oral and written communication 
  • General computer proficiency and with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot table, Charts, and Graphs, etc.)
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Willing to work in night shifts and amenable to shifting schedule, Temporary WFH.
  • Willing to work in Quezon City

Duties and Responsibilities
 
  • Directly support accounting team in various management reporting projects
  • Revenue and expense analysis along with cost allocations
  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis
  • Financial planning and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and legislations
  • Recommend improvements on accounting processes and internal controls in accordance with US GAAP
  • Must be able to willing to help with other various accounting functions as needed
  • Various ad hoc reporting and special projects
