Position Overview:
  • Must have a professional appearance, must be self-motivated, punctual, and possess team spirit.
 
Pay Rate: $20.00/Hour
 
Responsibilities:
  • Greetings and meet customers and office visitors.
  • Greet vendors who are scheduled for service calls.
  • Receiving mail and packages
  • Manage conference room bookings via email request
  • Track and follow-through on customer complaints
  • Distribute and obtain signoffs for new hire badges and guest badges.
  • Place break/fix requests via an online order system (facilities or service issues)
  • Place business card and memo pad requests as needed
  • Provide support in the prepping and distribution of electronic mail
  • Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel
  • Incorporate mail service with our national mailroom team
  • Wiped down kitchen counters
  • Place orders for coffee and office supplies
  • Set up lunch for office meetings.
  • Clean out office fridges bi-weekly
  • Wiped out office microwaves every Friday.
  • Do a walkthrough of the office every morning to ensure the office is cleaned and ready for the workday.
  • Report any office maintenance issues to Client
  • Mailroom Tasks (sending and receiving mail/packages)
  • Kitchen maintenance loading and unloading dishwasher when needed. (daily)
  • The job also involves being able to effectively multi-task and taking on small Adhoc projects, following through until completion.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Manage Outlook Calendars
  • Skilled with Online Ordering
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Applicants must be high school graduates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid work experience, preferably reception experience.
  • Must be self-directed, showing personal accountability, cooperative, and dependable.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary.
