Core Responsibilities:
• Implementation & Design: Architect, build, and deploy Workday Adaptive Planning solutions, including modeling, complex reporting, and dashboards.
• Client Management: Act as a trusted advisor, leading requirements workshops and managing day-to-day interactions with stakeholders.
• Strategy & Growth: Support sales efforts, create Proof of Concepts (POCs), and develop methodologies to enhance Adaptive Planning practice.
Required Qualifications:
• Certification: Active Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is a big plus, not required.
• Experience: 3+ years of end-to-end implementation experience.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Key Competencies:
• Expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning modeling and integrations.
• Ability to work independently and manage small engagements or components of large ones.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Experience with Workday HCM and Finance is preferred
