• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, with exposure to commercial insurance.
• Skilled in interpreting and working with data models.
• Proficient in developing workflow diagrams.
• Familiar with policy administration systems (Client)
• Comfortable working with rating structures, underwriting workflows, and digital submission processes
Nice to Have:
• CPCU, AINS certifications
• Deep Understanding of commercial lines such as General Liability, Property, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, and others
• Experience with Guidewire and/or other leading policy admin systems.
Responsibilities:
• Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release planning with internal development teams and external vendors.
• Author and manage high-quality epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and capability matrices.
• Facilitate refinement sessions, product demos, and sprint reviews
• Provide input on project scope, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
• Lead impact analysis for change requests or scope adjustments and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Ensure effective alignment between business goals, system capabilities, and development execution.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to validate system design and data flows meet product requirements
