About the Role:

We are looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered web experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful, engaging designs. Figma will be the primary design and prototyping tool for this role.

Responsibilities
• Design intuitive, user-centered web interfaces from concept to final delivery
• Use Figma to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Translate research insights into effective web design solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and technical constraints
• Maintain and contribute to web-focused design systems and UX standards
• Clearly present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams

Requirements
• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong focus on web design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for UX design and prototyping
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and web-based design projects
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Experience designing for multiple screen sizes and browsers
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have
• UI or visual design experience
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with design systems for web products
• Familiarity with analytics and data-informed design
