ECLARO is currently recruiting for a Security Product Manager for a of data analytics company in Chicago, IL. This is a direct hire with our client.

Position Overview:
- Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our enterprise security and identity management capabilities.
- This role will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for permissions management and Security integration for development partners.
- The ideal consultant combines strategic product leadership with hands-on technical experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable permission and identity frameworks.
- Must have proven experience in enterprise security architecture, user permissions management, and cross-platform integration.
- Retail / Client experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Key Deliverables:
- Updated vision and roadmap for Client security framework and management tools.
- Successful integration of SSO with development partners.
- Own the product backlog, write user stories, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the roadmap for Client security and identity services across the Client ecosystem.
- Translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions for authentication, authorization, and user provisioning.
- Advocate for security best practices and ensure alignment with Client's platform strategy.
- Collaborate with Engineering to design and implement enterprise-grade security models,
- including Role-Based Access Control, group management, and automated provisioning.
- Drive automation for user onboarding and permissions management.
- Lead team ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Own the backlog and write user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
- Work closely with platform, application, data, and governance teams to ensure seamless
- integration of security services.
- Ensure standards for IAM meet compliance with security requirements.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in product management or technical leadership roles focused on security, identity, or enterprise platforms.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying IAM solutions in complex environments.
- Familiarity with MDM systems, SaaS onboarding, and integration with platforms like Salesforce and Azure AD.
- Deep understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks (SSO, OAuth, RBAC).
- Experience with SOC 2 compliance.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong grasp of API security, data governance, and automation workflows.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity across distributed teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to retail / Client data ecosystems.
Pay Rate: $80+ / Hour
