Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Windows Server environments, including installation, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter) ensuring stability and performance.
- Perform routine system backups and restores using Commvault (or comparable enterprise backup tools).
- Support and manage Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Monitor system health, performance, and capacity planning across server infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Operations teams to ensure best practices are followed.
- Participate in incident response, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration.
- 3+ years of experience managing VMware environments.
- Experience with Commvault or similar enterprise backup solutions, preferred.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and related core infrastructure services.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex server or virtualization issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a large enterprise or multi-site environment is a plus.
