Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work the phones with enthusiasm and accuracy, going beyond just satisfying customer queries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Average to good communication skills
- Ability to be easily trained
- Basic knowledge in computer navigation
- Amenable to work morning schedule onsite
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Voice Account
- Completion of at least 2 years in college
- Ability to start immediately
