About the role:
The Eclaro Client Insights Analyst will contribute to client work for the Best Practice team and our automation efforts.
This individual will partner with Client Insights Managers to contribute to their work product and client responsibilities. The goal of our team is to deeply understand our clients' businesses, then provide them with reporting and analyses that contributes to making them "best practice” in the industry. This individual will create Excel reports, PowerPoint slides, and other data visualizations to accomplish a client's analytics agenda. This role will collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager, Key Accounts & Offshore Team and with multiple CIMs to ensure projects are completed accurately and on-time.
This role will also accelerate the automation of standardized reports within the Best Practice team. This includes report setup, execution, and updating, as needed.
The Insights Analyst must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently and efficiently collaborate to leverage resources within and Client organizations. Experience using syndicated data services and exceptional Excel & PowerPoint skills are key to success. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Key Accounts & Offshore Team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transfer data and information into standard formats and templates
• Scope, populate, and periodically refresh client deliverables (format including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications)
• Conduct quality control processes: diagnosing and troubleshooting to ensure outputs are timely and error-free
• Analyze data to generate insights and findings and share directly with clients
• Contribute to the process that automates standard reporting
Requirements:
Education & Experience
• BS/BA degree
• 2+ years of experience with a client company, consulting, market research, or syndicated data firm
• Prior experience with Circana, Nielsen, or syndicated data
• Analytical in approach; ability to spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities in datasets
• Advanced capabilities with Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly process driven and detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication
