- Ensuring accurate depiction of brand focused creative for digital display campaigns
- Engaging and clean design work that captures client’s brands and their workplace environment
- Helping coach and provide learnings to the more junior design members of the team
- Source images (inclusive of diverse royalty-free imagery of employment related work), develop creative CTAs and respond to any feedback/revisions from clients
- Take part in team goals and SLAs for asset delivery for all levels of clients, including a passing QA score
- Manages Jira queue of requests and balance work load while maintaining self-performance to meet individual metrics and team SLAs.
- Understand the basics of Glassdoor and Indeed systems, products, and commonly used third party tools such as Salesforce, Canva, Jira
- Ability to communicate clear and effectively with onshore team
