About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Offshore Analytics Team Lead to manage, mentor, and grow our offshore analytical team. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership capability, and business acumen to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights and solutions that drive business performance.

The ideal candidate is passionate about analytics, experienced in managing distributed teams, and adept at collaborating with onshore stakeholders to align priorities and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of offshore analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Allocate resources effectively, manage workload distribution, and oversee project timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders.

Analytics Delivery
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate, actionable, and well-structured analyses and reports.
• Review and validate team outputs to maintain high standards of analytical rigor and data quality.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Recruit, Train & Collaborate
• Participate in recruiting new talent to the team.
• Onboarding new team members and provide continual learning across the team.
• Work closely with onshore leaders to align priorities, clarify expectations, and set performance goals.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Promote knowledge sharing, standardization of processes, and best practices across the global analytics function.

Process Improvement & Innovation
• Drive efficiencies through automation, process optimization, and adoption of new tools and technologies.
• Identify opportunities for the team to provide greater value

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience using Circana, Nielsen, syndicated data in your day-to-day work with Client brands.
• Familiarity with the U.S. Client market desired
• Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Thinkcell desired
• Solid understanding of business problem-solving and client management
• Proven experience managing distributed or offshore teams with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
