Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Chromebooks.
- Perform repairs and upgrades on Chromebook devices, including replacing parts as needed.
- Provide technical support and assistance to users, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to Chromebooks.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment status.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new Chromebooks for users.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement best practices for Chromebook maintenance and support.
- Stay updated on Chromebook technologies, software updates, and common issues.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment by communicating effectively with team members and users.
Pay Rate: $20.00/Hour.
Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Chrome OS and Chromebook devices is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
