Position Overview:
- Windows 11 Specialist with expertise in Microsoft 365 to join IT operations team.
- Responsible for building, deploying, and sustaining Windows 11 environments across end-user devices, including the creation and management of system images.
Pay Rate: $75.00-$78.00/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Build and configure Windows 11 desktop and laptop environments.
- Create, maintain, and deploy OS images to multiple devices.
- Perform end-to-end device imaging, configuration, and testing.
- Support Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ensure systems are compliant with security and performance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with IT support and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and support.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience creating and deploying Windows OS images (using tools like MDT, SCCM, or Intune).
- Familiarity with remote support and endpoint management tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
