About the Role:
Salesforce is at the core of how we operate and scale our business. We're looking for a proactive, business-minded Salesforce Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact. You're not just technically skilled—you're a problem solver, a quick learner, and a confident communicator who can work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements, and implement innovative, scalable solutions that support our enterprise processes. You'll play a key role in supporting and evolving our Salesforce environment, balancing day-to-day support needs with project-based initiatives.
What You Will Do:
• Design, build, and maintain declarative Salesforce solutions using Flows, custom objects, Lightning pages, and automation tools (no coding).
• Meet with business partners to gather and clarify requirements, understand pain points, and recommend effective solutions.
• Provide technical and functional Salesforce expertise to troubleshoot issues, support end users (tier 3), and guide best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, test, and roll out new features, enhancements, and integrations.
• Think critically and creatively to reverse-engineer existing processes and suggest improvements with the user in mind.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment, knowing when to work autonomously and when to align with others.
• Help maintain a consistent documentation process and contribute to Salesforce governance efforts.
• Support integration between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., NetSuite, DocuSign, Outreach), with a focus on understanding the cross-system impacts.
• Contribute to user training, adoption, and change management efforts as new features or processes are introduced.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce platform updates and new features, and share relevant insights with the team.
What You Will Bring:
• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience, ideally in a growing and fast-paced business setting.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce core platform capabilities, including declarative tools (especially Flow).
• Experience supporting a Salesforce org with 100+ users and multiple integrations or products.
• Strong business acumen—you understand how your work fits into broader business goals.
• Skilled in gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and delivering user-friendly outcomes.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills—able to work directly with business stakeholders and build trust.
• Self-starter with a bias for action—takes initiative and doesn't wait for direction to solve problems or suggest improvements.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Curious and adaptable—loves learning new tools, solving new problems, and improving the status quo.
Desirable Experience & Certifications:
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, DocuSign, Outreach, or HubSpot is a plus.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (or actively working toward it) is preferred
