- High-Volume Sourcing Expertise – Experience in bulk hiring, especially in customer service, BPO, or fast-paced industries.
- Strong Research & Lead Generation – Skilled in sourcing through job boards, social media, Boolean searches, and passive outreach.
- Referral Network – Ability to leverage personal and professional networks for quality hires.
- Screening & Data Management – Proficient in paper screening, qualifying calls, ATS management, and maintaining data integrity.

- Sourcing high-quality applicants for current orders, future orders, and in-demand skill sets
- Interviewing applicants, assessing qualifications, and discussing candidate's career objectives
- Building and fostering relationships with candidates and current field employees
- Matching qualified candidates with existing requirements and identifying potential opportunities within Eclaro International's network of customers
- Maximizing gross margins by managing pay rates, bill rates, mark-ups, per diem, and other costs.
- Bringing in new business, qualifying sales leads, and supporting the sales effort through effective public relations, responsiveness, and service

- Proven track record in a high volume RPO environment in the local market.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in recruiting for volume hiring, talent acquisition, or recruitment.
- Strong ability to navigate and optimize job portals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of candidate data.
- Prior experience performing internet-based candidate searches on sites like FountIT, Jobstreet, or LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- General computer proficiency and with Microsoft Excel skills
- Willing to work in dayshift shifts.
- Willing to work in One NEO in BGC, 100% onsite.
- Can start ASAP is a plus
