Project Overview:

• Dynamic and versatile workers to join our HR department..
• In this role, the individual will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the day-to-day operations of the HR team, contributing to various projects and tasks critical to the team's success while the department undergoes an HR transformation project.
• Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.
• This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain comprehensive HR experience within a supportive environment.

• Provides administrative and technical support for learning activities, performance processes, and development programs.
• Manages portfolio of learning experiences (e.g., classes and simulations) including coordination, communication, registration, and post-experience evaluations.
• Participates in the creation and execution of development programs and teambuilding events.
• Reports on pre-established workforce metrics; identifies potential explanations for data trends.
• Builds and supports vendor relationships.

• Knowledge of HR processes (e.g., succession planning, performance management).
• Ability to work comfortably with all levels and all areas of the organization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP's SuccessFactors is preferred.
