Help drive change! ECLARO is looking for a Project Coordinator - Corporate Marketing for our client in NY (Remote).

Responsibilities:
- Format reports in Word using Client template and styles.
- Format Program Manuals in Word using Client template and styles.
- Upload photo assets into Lytho DAM with proper metadata.
- Other duties as assigned that contribute to the goals and key outcomes of the corporate marketing team.
Skills:
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent knowledge of WORD with understanding of style sheets and the ability to apply styles.
- Advanced formatting skills in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of formatting documents with accessibility in mind.
- Attention to detail.
- Advanced formatting skills in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat, understanding the use of styles.
- Proficient Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Understanding of styles.
- IT systems that will be used:
- Lytho
- SharePoint
- Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
Pay Rate: $30 - $37.50 / Hour
