Position Overview:
- Experienced Project Manager to help lead and steward the successful integration of Mailchimp into our existing systems, as we transition from Blackbaud's NetCommunity platform.
Pay Rate: $75.00-$80.00/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Develop and present a comprehensive project plan including scope, timeline, budget, and resource needs for stakeholder approval.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Communications team, IT, vendors, and other internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the technical implementation of the Mailchimp integration.
- Ensure data migration, system configuration, and training efforts are well coordinated and documented.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure the platform meets their needs and is rolled out smoothly.
- Plan for phase two of the project: expanding use of the Mailchimp platform to other departments and potentially sunsetting other legacy communication tools.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing complex software integration projects
- Strong familiarity with email marketing platforms, especially Mailchimp
- Experience with Chimpegration, NetCommunity or Raiser's Edge (a plus) (https://www.zeidman.info/project/chimpegration/)
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical team
