Position Overview:
- Broad technical view of all infrastructure, network, telco and servers.
- Plan projects.
- Seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects and manage the delivery of IT solutions for insurance projects.
- The ideal consultant will have a strong background in program management, infrastructure, and IT project delivery with at least 10+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex IT programs with a focus on infrastructure.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring successful delivery of the project on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish project objectives, milestones, and deliverables, and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and project sponsors, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively addressing them to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and third-party service providers.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver projects successfully.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in program management.
- Experience managing large-scale projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Jira, and Confluence.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the insurance industry.
- PMP or other Project Management Certifications.
